When you first become a client at Surf, we hold an important strategy meeting. We ask you about your brand, its image and culture. We go even further. Once you are a client, your Surf representative will take ample time to look at your current business: it's marketing, it's web site, logo design, products, and all other pertinent elements.

Additionally, we ask you to select a social media liaison: your "main man/woman" when it comes to all things social media. At any time, owners, managers, or the social media liaison may text, call or email any issues or questions to their Surf representative and it will be responded to promptly. Also, the social media liaison is to submit weekly or bi-weekly reports regarding upcoming events and deals. They also recieve weekly or bi-weekly emails which include upcoming important posts, questions we may have, and suggestions or ideas that require your approval (discounts, offers, contests, etc.).
